Fanatics has obtained exclusive rights to officially branded FIFA World Cup 2026 event contracts through a partnership involving ADI Predictstreet and soccer's governing organization, FIFA.
Announced on May 27, 2026, this accord allows Fanatics to provide an interactive World Cup hub, leveraging its predictions platform, Fanatics Markets, as a core feature. Tournament statistics, news and individual player data are also available.
This deal builds on an existing relationship between FIFA and Predictstreet; the pair united on April 2 to collaborate on fan engagement via predictions channels. Fanatics Markets will now serve as the face of US ventures, as part of that agreement, by pulling from Predictstreet's internal data to offer relevant, up-to-date trading options.
Three-way deal paves the way for Predictstreet US access
Despite penning a contract with FIFA ahead of the summer World Cup, Predictstreet had been prohibited from offering sports event contracts in the US prior to this latest pact.
Predictstreet - a global prediction market platform owned by Abu Dhabi's royal family - did not have requisite exchange certification from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), preventing legal entry to the US market.
Fanatics Markets utilizes a CFTC-regulated framework overseen by Crypto.com. Predictstreet can now legally integrate its facilities within that Crypto.com base platform, with FIFA supplying the license for official branding throughout the tournament.
World Cup markets already live
The standalone hub for World Cup predictions is now available on the Fanatics Markets app and website, listing several tabs showcasing popular picks for this year's competition.
Specifically, Fanatics Markets users accessing the World Cup 2026 hub can trade on:
- World Cup winner: A prediction on which country will win the World Cup.
- Golden Boot: Trades on which player will score the most goals during the tournament.
- Game markets: Event contracts on whether the game will end in a victory for one team or a tie.
- Group qualifiers: Selections involving the teams to advance from their respective group.
Knockout prediction markets will become available when teams are confirmed to have qualified for that phase of the World Cup.
The World Cup hub also supports each prediction market with specific statistics and pertinent information, including goals scored, goals conceded and recent form, among other insights for the 48 teams and all 104 matches.
Availability limited to select states
The Fanatics Markets World Cup hub is available in 23 states:
- Alaska
- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Maine
- New Hampshire
- North Dakota
- Rhode Island
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Alabama
- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- Minnesota
- Mississippi
- Nebraska
- New Mexico
- Oklahoma
- Oregon
- South Carolina
- Texas
- Washington
Almost half of those states do not offer regulated sports gambling. However, as prediction markets are overseen federally by the CFTC and not by state agencies, local governing officials cannot effectively prevent trading activities without legal action.
The platform is also live in four US territories: the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and American Samoa.
Unlike Fanatics' traditional mobile-only sportsbook, Fanatics Markets can be accessed via mobile and desktop browsers across each region.
