Lucy began her journalism journey by launching her own music blog at just 16, using it as a steppingstone to enter university and build a writing portfolio that included contributions to Louder Than War and Gigwise. During university, she discovered Brazilian jiu jitsu — a passion that soon led her to writing for MMA publications and entering the world of sports journalism.
Her editorial career progressed with a move to Gambling Insider, where she gained her first in-house journalism role covering the B2B side of the gambling industry. There, she wrote for both print and digital formats and self-published her first book, Shh…it Happens.
