Fanatics Sign Up Bonus
You don't need a Fanatics Sportsbook promo code to claim available sportsbook promos.
New York new customers get 10 100% Profit Boost Tokens instantly upon signing up. For new customers in all other legal states, Fanatics runs a 10 x $100 bet match: bet at least $1 at odds of -200 or longer each day for 10 days, and Fanatics matches it in FanCash, up to $100 per day and $1,000 in total. FanCash can be used on bonus bets, merchandise, and more.
The exact offer varies by state and changes often (some states or events run a "Bet $20, Get $X" version instead), so check what shows in-app when you sign up.
No promo code is required to claim either offer, simply use our link to sign up and the bonus will be applied to your account automatically.
Fanatics Referral Bonus
Already claimed your Fanatics welcome bonus? You can still grab some FanCash through the Fanatics referral bonus! Like many other legal US sportsbooks, Fanatics offers an incentive for players who invite their friends to join the platform.
The Fanatics referral bonus rewards both you and your friend with $100 in FanCash (the amount changes from time to time, so confirm the current figure in-app).
All you're required to do is invite your friend to join the sportsbook through your Fanatics referral link. Once your friend has registered a sports betting account and placed their first qualifying bet, you both receive the referral bonus.
Note that you can invite up to five friends (up to $500 in FanCash total) through your Fanatics referral link, and the referral offer is not available in Massachusetts.
Fanatics Sportsbook Overview
Fanatics is a familiar brand for most sports fans. As one of the biggest and best-known sports apparel companies in the world, Fanatics is already somewhat of a household name in the United States.
In early 2023, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin announced that the brand would venture into the legal sports betting scene and launched their first brick-and-mortar sportsbook at FedExField in Maryland.
Later, in 2023, the Fanatics sportsbook app launched its beta test in Tennessee. Fanatics has expanded quickly since then and is now live in 23 states plus Washington, D.C., including New York, where new players get profit-boost tokens instead of the FanCash match.
Fanatics Online Sportsbook States
Fanatics originally made its name in the business of licensed sports merchandise. The Fanatics sports betting brand isn't as established as the apparel brand just yet, but it has quickly gained a foothold in the sports betting industry.
Fanatics expanded rapidly, helped by its 2024 acquisition of PointsBet's US business, and now operates in 23 states plus Washington, D.C.
Its most recent launch was Missouri on December 1, 2025. The current states are Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C.
Fanatics Retail Sportsbook Locations
In addition to online sports wagering, Fanatics Sportsbook is taking steps to conquer the retail sports betting industry.
Fanatics has various retail sportsbook locations, and we can expect more to follow. The current Fanatics sportsbook brick-and-mortar spots are:
- FedExField, Maryland (in partnership with the Washington Commanders)
- Progressive Field, Ohio (with the Cleveland Guardians)
- Nationwide Arena, Ohio (with the Columbus Blue Jackets)
- 10 retail locations in Connecticut (with CT Lottery)
- Catfish Bend Casino in Burlington, Iowa
- 4 former PointsBet locations in Illinois
In addition to the sportsbooks above, there are reports of a Fanatics sportsbook retail location opening in the Arena District, Ohio.
This venture would be at the Nationwide Arena in collaboration with the Columbus Blue Jackets, and would cement the presence of the Fanatics Sportsbook product in the Ohio sports betting market.
Thanks to their numerous connections in the industry, we wouldn't be surprised to see Fanatics Sportsbook partner up with more professional sports teams in the future.
Fanatics Sports Betting Experience
While we've established that the Fanatics brand is huge and generally well-respected, we still need to address the most important aspect of the sportsbook: how is the Fanatics betting experience?
One of the most prominent features of Fanatics Sportsbook is that it's exclusively for mobile devices. While there is a website for Fanatics Sportsbook, to create an account and to place bets you're required to download the sportsbook mobile app.
Although most modern sports bettors prefer to place their wagers on mobile devices, there are still users who prefer to bet on computers. Due to the app-exclusive nature of the sportsbook, Fanatics probably isn't the go-to platform for all players.
As a sports betting operator, Fanatics is still relatively new, but it grew significantly through its 2024 acquisition of PointsBet's US business, which brought both market access and betting technology.
The Fanatics sports betting division is also led by experienced and influential professionals from the gambling industry. For instance, Matt King, the former CEO of the DFS giant FanDuel, holds a key position at Fanatics.
While a newer sports betting brand is bound to have its early-stage hurdles, the Fanatics Sportsbook app has a lot of potential to become a major betting platform in the US.
How to Create a Fanatics Account
Like with other sportsbooks, creating a betting account with Fanatics Sportsbook is relatively straightforward. The major difference is that registering a Fanatics sportsbook account requires new Fanatics users to download the mobile sportsbook app first. To register an online sportsbook account and claim any future Fanatics sportsbook promotions, follow these steps:
- Download the Fanatics app:
Get the Fanatics sportsbook app installed on your mobile device. Android users can download the app from the Google Play Store, whereas iOS users can find the app from the App Store. You can also navigate to sportsbook.fanatics.com and download the app through the QR code. - Provide personal details:
Fanatics Sportsbook will verify your identity to ensure you're who you claim to be and are of legal gambling age. The standard information the sportsbook requests is your full name, address, date of birth, the last four numbers of your SSN, and email address. - Make a deposit:
After you've verified your account, you're ready to make your first deposit! If you've claimed a Fanatics sportsbook promotion, ensure your deposit meets any minimum requirements stated in the T&Cs. Otherwise, you might not be eligible to claim the bonus. - Place your bets:
Once you've made an initial deposit, you're ready to bet!
Sports Betting Markets
From straight bets to same game parlays and live betting, Fanatics sportsbook bet types include essentially everything you'd expect to find in an online sports betting app.
You can set a cash wager and build your bet slip as you usually would, as the sportsbook has the following bet types and more:
- Money lines
- Spreads
- Totals
- Parlay bets (including same game parlays)
- Futures
- Live betting
- Team and player props
Fanatics sportsbook odds are in line with general industry standards. As for the sports markets available, you can expect to find all the major American leagues, plus a solid selection of international sports and leagues:
- NFL
- NBA
- MLB
- NHL
- UFC
- Motorsports (F1, NASCAR)
- Tennis
- Soccer (MLS, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga)
Fanatics Sportsbook Banking Options
Deposit and withdrawal methods offered by sportsbooks tend to vary from state to state. For the most accurate information, we recommend checking the accepted payment methods from the Fanatics app in your own state.
Tennessee sports betting law, for example, doesn't allow credit card payments at all, but in other states the method is widely accepted.
Our review covers the most common payment methods likely available on the Fanatics sportsbook app. For the most accurate, up-to-date information, visit the Fanatics sportsbook in your state.
| Banking Method | Deposit | Withdraw |
|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Card | Yes | No |
| Bank Transfer | Yes | Yes |
| eCheck | Yes | Yes |
| PayPal | Yes | Yes |
Fanatics Sports Betting Apps
Fanatics online sports betting is exclusively available on mobile devices. Most online sportsbooks have websites compatible with mobile devices but also offer an app for convenience. The Fanatics Sportsbook mobile app is available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Google Play Store: The app is named 'Fanatics Sportsbook' and currently has a review score of 3.7/5.0 stars.
- App Store: You can find the app by searching 'Fanatics Sportsbook'. The app has a rating of 4.8/5.0 stars.
Fanatics is currently available as a sports betting app only. We find this a bit unfortunate, as there are always players who'd prefer not to download betting apps and would rather place bets on the Fanatics Sportsbook site.
Note that to place bets with the Fanatics Sportsbook Ohio app, for example, you have to be within Ohio state borders.
Rewards Program
Fanatics has set up a rewards system, FanCash, that rewards bettors for the wagers they place. FanCash earn is now based on the odds of your bet, and you can earn up to 10% back in FanCash on your bets, win or lose (Fanatics previously used a flat rate by bet type; it now scales with the odds).
Players can redeem FanCash for bonus bets, profit boosts, casino credit, or Fanatics merchandise and collectibles, the merch redemption being Fanatics' key differentiator versus other books.
FanCash is tied to a Fanatics ONE account with several reward tiers. Note that promotional FanCash expires faster than standard earned FanCash, so check the latest details in the app's T&Cs.
Fanatics Casino
Alongside the sportsbook, Fanatics runs a real-money online casino in four states: New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
New players can claim a casino welcome offer of up to 1,000 bonus spins (deposit and wager $10 on a qualifying slot within seven days; spins arrive as 100 per day over 10 days), with a 24-hour losses-back option worth up to $1,000 in casino credit offered in some states.
No promo code is needed, and casino play earns FanCash just like the sportsbook. Fanatics Casino is only available in those four states, there is no Fanatics online casino in Ohio, Tennessee, Maryland, or the other sportsbook-only states.
Our Thoughts on Fanatics Sportsbook
When it comes to licensed sports merchandise, the Fanatics brand has established itself as the top player. As a sportsbook, Fanatics is still relatively new, but the team behind it is ambitious and knowledgeable, and the brand has had a promising start in many legal sports betting states, accelerated by its acquisition of PointsBet.
The current Fanatics sportsbook promo is competitive, although it requires you to place bets for multiple days in a row.
The Fanatics sportsbook app continues its journey to capture a wider audience. Sports bettors can expect Fanatics to evolve and improve as it gains more experience in the sports betting world. Whether Fanatics Sportsbook lives up to the prestige of the brand still remains to be seen.

Smooth app, odds aren't great
I like Fanatics’ design, and their FanCash setup is cool in theory. But odds don’t update as fast during live bets. Feels like I’m always chasing the number. 3 stars just for reliability.
