Use the BonusFinder odds calculator to convert betting odds, see the implied probability, work out your payout, and calculate parlay returns. It's a free betting odds calculator and odds converter that handles American, decimal, and fractional odds, just enter your stake and the odds, and it does the rest.
How to Use the BonusFinder Odds Calculator
Even if you are a hardcore sports fan, you might still find betting calculators confusing. Using the BonusFinder betting odds calculator, though, takes just three simple steps.
1. Choose bet amount
Insert the amount you want to bet in the 'Bet Amount' field. The default amount is always $100.
2. Enter the odds (American, decimal, or fractional)
Insert the odds you want to convert in the correct field. Remember to use the + and - signs for American odds. The calculator accepts American, decimal, and fractional formats.
3. Read the results
You'll now see the odds shown in all formats, plus the implied probability, the payout amount, and how much you stand to win.
Odds Converter: American, Decimal, and Fractional
The tool doubles as an odds converter. Enter odds in any one format and it instantly shows the equivalent in the others, so you never have to do the math yourself:
- American odds: shown with a plus or minus, for example +150 or -120.
- Decimal odds: the total return per $1 staked, for example 2.50.
- Fractional odds: the profit per unit staked, for example 3/2.
As a quick reference, +150 American equals 2.50 decimal and 3/2 fractional, all three describe the same bet, just in different formats used by different sportsbooks and regions.
Parlay Calculator
A parlay combines two or more bets into a single wager. The odds of each leg multiply together, so the potential payout grows fast with every leg you add, but all legs must win for the parlay to pay out. Use the parlay function to add each selection's odds and see the combined odds and total payout in one place.
To work out parlay odds manually, convert each leg to decimal odds, multiply them together, and multiply by your stake. For example, three legs at 2.00, 1.50, and 1.80 give combined decimal odds of 5.40, so a $10 parlay returns $54. The calculator does this for you across as many legs as you add.
Implied Probability: Turning Odds Into a Percentage
The calculator also converts your odds into an implied probability, the percentage chance the odds represent. This is useful for spotting value: if you think an outcome is more likely than the implied probability, the bet may be worth it.
- Positive American odds: 100 / (odds + 100). So +150 = 100 / 250 = 40%.
- Negative American odds: odds / (odds + 100). So -150 = 150 / 250 = 60%.
You can use this to convert odds to a percentage, or read the calculator's output to see the implied probability of any line without doing the math.
Odds Payout Calculator
The calculator shows your payout (your total return) and your profit (your winnings) for any stake and odds. Below are common examples so you can see how much a $100 or $1,000 bet returns at popular odds.
