DraftKings launches new safer gambling tool ‘My Budget Builder’
Betting giant DraftKings have officially launched a brand-new safer gambling tool called ‘My Budget Builder’ across all of their products including sportsbook, online casino and daily fantasy games.
The new product will allow players to set personalised limits and reminders via an easy-to-use function that is available on the DraftKings responsible gaming centre on the website or on the app.
My Budget Builder, which was officially launched on June 30, is already available for players to use across the 28 states that DraftKings currently operates in.
Lori Kalani, Chief Responsible Gaming Officer at DraftKings, is delighted to share the news. She said: “My Budget Builder is a new kind of responsible gaming tool. It’s intuitive, proactive and personalized.
“It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating fun, enjoyable environments for our players. By enhancing how players engage with limit-setting, we are providing another resource that players can use to help them play responsibly.”
The tool will allow players to create a tailored and personalized gaming budget around features including deposit amount, total and maximum wagers, loss limits, time spent and more.
There will also be the option to set limits or reminders and then apply all of these features for a set period of time, including whether to apply it for every day, weekly, or monthly.

My Budget Builder is the second responsible gambling tool that DraftKings have brought to the market, following the launch of ‘My Stat Sheet’ last year.
That feature allows players to view a real-time detailed view of their gaming activity including time spent online, deposits, withdrawals and whether you’re in profit or loss.
My Stat Sheet looks to be a popular feature amongst DraftKings players as it’s had over 20 million views since its launch.
