Located in Chester, a city on the western bank of the Delaware River, Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack offers a fulfilling, four-star experience. Operated by Caesars Entertainment and owned by its spin-off company Vici Properties, Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack held its first harness racing season in 2006. Built on the site of the former five-star resort Mount Airy Lodge, the current building hosting The Mount Airy Casino Resort was built in 2007.
