New Pennsylvania Casinos to Launch in 2023

Pennsylvania is expected to get plenty of new online gambling sites in 2023. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board released their 2021-22 annual report in October 2022, indicating that up to ten new operators would start offering “casino-type games” in 2023. In addition, new PA online sports betting operators are looking to launch soon.

While the report does not mention any specific brands that have gained licenses or are in the process of doing so, there are several that have already implied they will expand into Pennsylvania online gambling. Some other brands are prominent in other online gambling states, which leads many to speculate they will soon go live in the Keystone State as well.

PlayStar Casino

PlayStar Pennsylvania might launch already in 2022, as the brand has stated their desire to get the site up and running shortly after the launch of the NJ website. Golden Nugget

Golden Nugget is a very popular online casino and sportsbook in Michigan, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Fanatics

Fanatics is known as the sports athletic gear company, but is launching their sports betting website in several states in early 2023. Not much is known about Fanatics’ product, but we can assume it’ll provide excellent service for all sports fans. Fanatics has also expressed their interest in developing an online casino, meaning they will be eyeing the four states where casino gaming online is competitive (some states like Delaware and Connecticut don’t have available licenses).

WynnBET has an online casino in addition to their sportsbook in New Jersey and Michigan.
